With a commitment to fostering both employee growth and customer satisfaction, Maryann Phillips serves as AVP, Branch Manager of INB Dirksen.

Maryann began her career in banking in 2014, where she trailblazed a career path into branch management that landed her at INB in 2024. She brings a strong leadership philosophy, prioritizing clarity as she coaches and develops her retail team.

With a focus on elevating the customer experience, Maryann believes deeply in understanding clients as individuals in order to provide personalized service. “I love to know what they want, how they think, and what makes them tick, so I can better serve their needs with our INB products,” she says.

Her deep community ties and passion for the common goodwill benefit both the Dirksen branch and broader community. Her community engagement includes serving on the boards of several local organizations: United Way, Compass for Kids, and Nehemiah Affordable Housing. Maryann is also a graduate of the Leadership Springfield program within the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce, is an active Toastmasters member, and is passionate about teaching the importance of financial freedom, especially for Gen Z and Gen Alpha.

Outside of her professional commitments, Maryann is working toward becoming a loan signing agent, enjoys designing T-shirts and scrapbooking, and her ideal weekend is spent relaxing with her husband and their fur baby Achilles.
